Installing New Wheels

You will have originally been provided with an Allen Key / Screwdriver tool that will be needed to carry out the repair.

Other Screwdrivers and Allen Keys of the correct size will also work.

Loosening and tightening the front left wheel

The front left wheel bolt (if standing on the scooter) loosens by turning clockwise and tightens by turning anti clockwise.

When you have removed the wheel bolt please try not to misplace the small washer and spacer.  Replace the wheel and attach this to the scooter with the metal washer.

The front right wheel bolt (if standing on the scooter) loosens by turning anti clockwise and tightens by turning clockwise.

Replace the wheel and attach this to the scooter.

Loosening and tightening the rear wheels

The bolt that holds this into place loosens by turning anti clockwise and tightens by turning clockwise.

When removing the rear wheel please try not to lose the spacers either side of the wheel.

To help put the new wheel in place with spacers correctly either side, it’s recommended to push the bolt in slightly so you can put one of the spacers in place.

Then on the other side push in one of your allen keys so that you can position the other spacer in place.

Once both spacers are in position you can then push the new wheel in between these and then fully push through the bolt. To tighten the bolt, turn clockwise.
